The chicken was good if not a bit bland, but the rice seems not like I am used to: tasty and wonderfully sticky. I am used to great rice from this place, and have been disappointed today. New cook?

The meal today is what I am used to from this one of my favorite local to work Chinese restaurants: excellent. The rice cooked with care and what I am used to from “back in the day”. TASTY!

Egg Foo Young was delicious and fresh. Rice was perfectly cooked. Sauce was nicely balanced - not too salty. Great meal!
